Terms and conditions

1.  Delivery dates apply subject to unforeseen events. However, we exclude in full all possible claims by the Customer based on late deliveries (in particular claims for compensation).
2.  If dispatch is delayed for reasons for which the customer is responsible or if the Customer declines acceptance, We  reserve the right to store deliveries for the account and at the risk of the Customer on its own premises or with third parties. 
3.  Returns for which we are not responsible will be charged to the Customer. 
4. We are entitled to make partial deliveries, save where otherwise agreed in writing. 
5.  Additional deliveries amounting to up to 10% of the agreed quantity are permitted. Deliveries of  still larger quantities and shortfalls on delivery quantities shall be discussed and agreed with the Customer. 
6. An order may only be cancelled with the written consent of us. Where order cancellations are accepted, We will charge a flat-rate handling fee. 
7. We make deliveries to the Customer on the basis of certified courier companies certified by ISO 9001:2008 processes. 
Any other requirements of the Customer must be agreed separately in writing
8. Customers who make exemplary damages and claims for any refund will be held for investigation.  

Please note that all  charges of delivery via freights  do not include the taxes and handling of 6% from the courier companies. And the charges varies from products to products for the international freights depending on the type of products and countries.

To avoid any inconvenience and also lost items  and hauled items, buyers are advised to  have the import consent letter  from own country so that buyers will not face problems of debarking items at their own country. Buyers should be clear that seller are not responsible if  any product is hauled at custom service of own country due to inability to  purchase due to violation of the own government laws.
